ScopeThis Lawprovides for environmental protection activities; rights, obligations andresponsibilities of agencies, organizations, residential communities,households and individuals involved in environmental protection activities.………This Lawapplies to agencies, organizations, residential communities, households andindividuals within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,including mainland, islands, territorial waters, underground space and airspace.Article 3. DefinitionsFor thepurposes of this Law, the terms below shall be construed as follows:1. “environment”encompasses natural and artificial physical factors that are closelyrelated to each other, surround humans and affect life, economy, society,existence and development of humans, creatures and nature.2. “environmentalprotection activity” means preventing and reducing adverse impacts on theenvironment; responding to environmental emergencies; mitigating environmentalpollution and degradation, improving environmental quality; reasonably usingnatural resources and biodiversity, and adapting to climate change.3. “environmentcomponents” mean physical constituent elements forming an integral part ofthe environment, including land, water, air, sound, light and other physicalforms.4. “nationalenvironmental protection planning” means the spatial arrangement anddistribution and zoning of areas for environmental quality management, natureand biodiversity conservation, waste management, environmental monitoring andwarning within a defined territory in order to protect the environment andaccomplish the objective for national sustainable development for a definedperiod.5. “strategicenvironmental assessment” means the process of identifying and predicting……

Hỏi:a) Đến hết tháng 9 thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện được bao nhiêu phần trăm kế hoạch cả năm ?b) Hết năm thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện được bao nhiêu phần trăm và vượt mức kế hoạch cả năm bao nhiêu phần trăm?Phương pháp giải:– Bước 1: Tính số phần trăm kế hoạch cả năm thôn Hòa An thực hiện được cho đến hết tháng 9, bằng cách lấy số ha ngô thôn trồng được đến hết tháng 9 chia cho số ha ngô theo kế hoạch thôn đó phải trồng, rồi lấy kết quả đó đem nhân với 100 và thêm kí hiệu % vào sau kết quả.– Bước 2: Tính số phần trăm công việc thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện được đến hết năm so với kế hoạch bằng cách lấy số ha ngô đã trồng được đến khi hết năm đem chia cho 20 ha ngô phải trồng.– Bước 3: Tính số phần trăm thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện vượt mức kế hoạch cả năm, bằng cách lấy kết quả ở bước 2 đem trừ đi 100 %. Đáp án:a) Số phần trăm kế hoạch cả năm thôn Hòa An thực hiện được cho đến hết tháng 9 là:              18 : 20 = 0,90 = 90%.b) So với kế hoạch thì đến hết năm thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện được số phần trăm:              23,5 : 20 = 1,175 = 117,5%Thôn Hòa An đã thực hiện vượt mức kế hoạch số phần trăm là:             117,5% – 100% = 17,5%                                      Đáp số: a) 90%           ……
